Avocado and Ham Salad
This time around it’s my turn to make the avocados. It’s a simple salad that I used to enjoy a lot when I was younger. If my parents bought avocados, we would usually serve it in two ways; stuffed with small shrimps or in a salad with crabmeat. This time I decided to try with ham. I had a couple of slices that I bought in Tinderbox left in the refrigerator and I wondered if it would be good with the avocados. It was.
